Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our VIP’s guests. Responsible for operating a vehicle and driving passengers to and from their destinations. Utilizing the latest in limousine applications and technology. Greets passengers, ascertains destination, watches for traffic signals, waits for passengers to take them to their next destination. You are the first contact most of our customers have with Joshua’s Worldwide and first impressions are lasting impressions.
Dispatchers track and manage chauffeurs/ operators. They assign runs, destinations, and timelines, as well as keep in touch with chauffeurs who are on the road. Dispatchers interact with clients and chauffeurs to keep up-to-date information on runs and schedules. Because a dispatcher interacts with the client to address any concerns or run changes, customer service experience is a must. dispatchers work in the office managing digital/physical runs and chauffeurs/ operators files, answer calls from the chauffeurs and affiliates and guests.
We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a reservationist in our call center. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls from guests who wish to make reservations for their transportation needs. As a reservationist, customer service specialist is often the first point of contact for clients. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
