Current Open Positions

Chauffeur

We are seeking a well-rounded professional chauffeur who possesses skills that go far beyond driving. This position serves as the first contact most of our customers have with Joshua’s Worldwide and first impressions are lasting impressions.

Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our VIP’s guests.
Responsible for operating a vehicle and driving passengers to and from their destinations.
Comfortable with utilizing the latest in limousine applications and technology.
Greets passengers, ascertains destination, watches for traffic signals, waits for passengers to take them to their next destination.

Dispatcher

Dispatchers track and manage chauffeurs/ operators. This role will need to:

Assign runs, destinations, and timelines
Keep in touch with chauffeurs who are on the road.
Interact with clients and chauffeurs to keep up-to-date information on runs and schedules.
Interact with the client to address any concerns or run changes with the utmost professionalism
Work in the office managing digital/physical runs and chauffeurs/ operators files
Answer calls from the chauffeurs, affiliates and guests, making customer service experience a MUST.

Reservationist

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a reservationist in our call center. The successful candidate will:

Answer incoming calls from guests who wish to make reservations for their transportation needs.
Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients.
Have a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
