Because of this COVID-19 pandemic, I and my entire group were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of your vehicle and the safety precautions you had in place for our trip. Everything helped put us at ease. The 24 passenger shuttle bus you provided was extremely comfortable and helped to make our travel time most enjoyable. I would like to commend your receptionist/dispatcher Kim for the excellent customer service she provided to me. and our driver Samuel was simply wonderful. He was not only courteous and friendly but he was attentive and most accommodating when we needed to make rest stops along the way in addition to being an excellent driver.

When my friends learned they were finally going to be adopting their two foster children the following week, I called Joshua’s to see if they could help make the 1.5-hour drive to the courthouse a little less stressful for the family. We have utilized Joshua’s Limousine Service on multiple occasions and using different car options. We have reserved a limo to transport our son and his friends to Logan for a trip overseas. The driver was punctual, professional and delivered them in a timely manner for their flight. We also reserved a shuttle for transporting 14 adults and children to Logan for a cruise out of Texas. Again, everything was flawless! We appreciated not having to worry about parking and drive time when traveling with a mid-size group of people of varying ages. We already have two more vacations planned – another cruise and another overseas trip for our other son. We will be utilizing Joshua’s Limousine for these trips and any other opportunity we have. This is by far the best limo service I have ever used in my life! I travel from Florida to Providence all summer and coordinating a pick-up and drop- off used to be my biggest headache. NOT ANYMORE! From the moment I called Joshua’s limo, it made my travel plans a hundred times easier. Yes, during the early morning hours of 9/11/18 I needed to find a last minute ride to Bradley airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight to go overseas. I was lucky and fortunate enough to have Gary McKeon answer the phone. I explained my dilemma and Gary tried to wake one of his drivers for a last minute favour for me, but couldn’t wake anyone. He then said he would try to find some other car service that might help me. He did find a competitor to accommodate me so I wouldn’t miss my flight. I was so impressed that he had gone above and beyond to help that I told him I would be using his company for my return ride home once I returned overseas. I had my wife make the arrangements a few days before returning. When I returned I was greeted at the baggage area by my driver Larry. He was helpful, polite and accommodating after a very long stressful couple of days before returning home. I would recommend Joshua’s to anyone needing their services.
